When the conflict goes you’re back in the flow!

Hi Folks,

If you read last weeks blog you’ll know that I was clearing conflict between 2 parts of me that were trying to keep me safe in different (and very conflicting!)  ways.

I thought I’d share with you the difference it made. Suddenly I had more clarity about how I wanted my life to be. I remembered the things that light me up and recharge me and did MUCH more of them.:)

I not only finished knitting a bunny for the new grandchild due in November, I bought stuffing for it and some beautiful cashmere and merino wool to make it a blanket! I’m planning on signing up for some knitting classes, as I’m really self taught and basic and I’d like to do things that are interesting. I’m even sorting out my projects cupboard that’s stuffed with all the things I started and didn’t finish, to decide what excites me enough to start again and to tidy it so I can find those things!!

I seem to have won myself a lot of time. I’ve been going to bed early and getting up early, and allowing myself space in the morning for journalling and breathing.

Suddenly it feels as though I’ve got my life back again and of course, it was only me who let it go in the first place:)

It was a really good reminder to me that when things start to get out of kilter it’s time to take a look at what’s going on, clear the things that are stopping you being in the flow and then go out and live your life more joyfully, focusing on really being in the moment.

I was at the seaside in Staithes in Yorkshire at the weekend, it’s one of my favourite places and I had such a great time just pottering, doing what felt good and meeting interesting people. It’s so great how soul connections pop up everywhere when you’re connected to yourself. I spent time hunting for fossils and watching hermit crabs in the rock pools and walking and even went whale watching, (no whales though, just a very curious seal:) ).

Here’s a tapalong about giving yourself permission to be you and do what excites you.

And if I can be any help in resolving any conflict that your parts might be experiencing, let me know and we can do a session together. jacqui@jacquicrooks.com

Or you could join us on 3rd October at the next EFT masterclass Live, which is “Using Language for Change”. There you’ll get to clear your own deep stuff while you learn new tools. We had such fun on the last workshop and here’s what one attendee said, ” I thought I was coming to gain a tool but I see I’m going to gain so much more than that :-) Bless you for a wonderful day and I look forward to sharing the next sessions with you and the others.”

Have fun with your week and may you go with the flow:)

With love from

Jacqui
